Residential

Payments for all residential garage door service calls are collected in full at the time of service. Our regular business hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Overtime rates apply after regular business hours. At the time of service, our service technician will review your invoice and demonstrate the functioning of your door or operator. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

For all new openers, devices, and garage doors ordered, we ask for a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. The balance is due on installation or delivery of your product.

Commercial

Payments for commercial service are collected at the time of service. If you prefer to establish credit for your business, simply call 317-570-5436 and press 103 for accounting. We will be pleased to e-mail or fax you a simple credit application.

We are required by Indiana state law to charge 6% sales tax on all products. If your organization is tax exempt, please furnish us with a tax-exempt form that includes all the applicable information.
