Residential
Payments for all residential garage door service calls are collected in full at the time of service. Our regular business hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Overtime rates apply after regular business hours. At the time of service, our service technician will review your invoice and demonstrate the functioning of your door or operator. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
For all new openers, devices, and garage doors ordered, we ask for a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. The balance is due on installation or delivery of your product.
Commercial
Payments for commercial service are collected at the time of service. If you prefer to establish credit for your business, simply call 317-570-5436 and press 103 for accounting. We will be pleased to e-mail or fax you a simple credit application.
We are required by Indiana state law to charge 7% sales tax on all products. If your organization is tax exempt, please furnish us with a tax-exempt form that includes all the applicable information.
Privacy Policy
Access Garage Doors is committed to protecting your privacy. We recognize that security is a primary concern of online clients and consumers. We have taken a variety of steps to ensure that any information you provide us will be safe and secure.
Use and Sharing of Your Information
We use information we collect from you to process your transaction and to contact you about your order. We never sell or rent your personal information. We do keep your email address in a secured file. We may periodically send you information about products or services offered by the Access Garage Doors. You have the option of permanently deleting your name from this mailing list using the link provided in the email we send you.
Computer Tracking and Cookies
Our website is not set up to track, collect, or distribute personal information by visitors, other than the data entered voluntarily by our clients. Our site software will generate certain kinds of non-identifying site use data, such as the number of hits and visits to our site. These statistics contain no personal information. Our website does not use cookies.
