I just wanted to let you know that Shane and Chris took good care of me. They were very patient with all of my questions and they gave great customer service. I was impressed with their knowledge of the products. When they said they were going to have the garage door installed at a certain time, they actually did have it done at that time! I like the fact that the door is lightweight but sturdy, and also that there is an electronic eye so that the door doesn't come down and harm anything, such as my new car. Chris arrived right on time for the initial appointment, discussed in detail the various doors and options, gave me a little background about the company (Access), and some background about Wayne Dalton doors. A couple weeks later I was notified my door had arrived and an appointment was made that met my scheduling needs. The installer arrived on time, removed the old wooden door, installed the new door, discussed some of the door details with me and explained how to hook up my existing garage door opener, and did a nice job of cleaning up what little mess there was.
